What language are the classes taught in?

Classes are generally taught in Dutch, but if there are participants who don't speak Dutch, we teach in both Dutch and English simultaneously. All languages are welcome!

How much does a course cost and how do I register?

If you pay immediately after registering, or no later than one week before the course starts, the course costs €85 per person (€75 with a student card). What age is rock 'n' roll dancing suitable for?

We can be brief about that: for all ages! Whether you're 16, 45, or 93, everyone can and should dance rock 'n' roll.

Do I need to wear special clothes or shoes?

You don't need any special clothing or shoes for rock 'n' roll dancing. The most important thing is that you have fun and feel comfortable, so wear whatever you feel comfortable in. We do know that heels or chunky shoes are generally not very practical, and that rubber soles can sometimes be too rough. Experiment to find what works best for you.

How do I know if my registration was successful?

You will automatically receive a confirmation after your registration.Once you've paid, your registration is final. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information one week before the course begins.

What to do if I miss a class?

That's no problem. We repeat the previous week's "trick" every lesson, so you can still catch up a little.

Do I get a refund if I miss a class?

You always pay for the entire course in advance. If you're unable to attend a lesson, you won't receive a refund. This allows us to cover our expenses (such as venue rental). Each lesson covers the material from the previous one, so you don't have to worry about that.

What is free dancing?

During social dancing, everyone is welcome to dance with whomever they like, have a drink, or simply enjoy the music. Every Wednesday evening from 8:30 PM (except during the summer break, holidays, and special occasions).Social dancing is open to everyone and completely free. Admission may be charged for special events, such as those featuring live music.

A course consists of 8 lessons over 9 weeks. What happens in the 9th week?

A course consists of eight lessons, often spread over nine weeks. We schedule the ninth week for unforeseen circumstances or a party.

Do you also offer private lessons and workshops, for example as a unique gift, in preparation for a wedding opening dance, or for a company outing?

Do you also teach on evenings other than Wednesdays?

We only teach on Wednesday evenings. We're not a commercial company and we teach out of passion. Therefore, only Wednesdays are for classes and free dance evenings.However, the parties are sometimes held on different days. We're always available on other days for workshops, private lessons, or other special occasions.
